If you place your order on business days before 1:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

From an order value of €50 or more, your order will be delivered free of charge.
For orders under €50, the shipping costs are €6.95.

In most cases, DHL delivers your package the next business day.

Will I receive a track & trace code?

Yes, once your order has been shipped you will receive a live tracking code, so you know exactly when your package will be delivered.

How are larger shipments delivered?

Larger products, such as air conditioners, are delivered by a specialized carrier.
The carrier will contact you personally to schedule a delivery appointment.
Large shipments are usually delivered within 3 business days.

Can I return my order for free?

Yes, with Mestic you can return your order free of charge within 30 days.

In what condition should I return my product?

You must return your order with all accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

How does the return process work?

After registering your return, you will receive an email with the return instructions within 48 hours (on business days).

After receiving the instructions, you have 14 days to send the product back.

Small parcels can be dropped off at a DHL ServicePoint near you.

Can depreciation be charged?
