For orders over €50 shipping is free. For amounts below €50 the shipping costs of €6.95 are for your own account.

We understand that you want to be on the road as soon as possible. Therefore, we do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our packages are shipped with DHL. After shipment, you will automatically receive a live track and trace code so you can follow your parcel.

It is only possible to have your order delivered. Would you rather see your product in real life? We have a national and international network. So, there is always a store near you where you can see your desired Mestic in real life. Check the Store Locator to see where we sell our products.

Yes, this is possible as long as the order has not been shipped yet. You can do so in your account.

We accept payment with iDEAL, Bancontact, creditcard and payments via bank transfer. Mollie Payments, The Netherland's largest online payment provider processes the payments. This way you know that you can make your payment safely and securely.

There may be a glitch on the website or at the bank, but you may have forgotten to fill out a field or accept the necessary cookies. Check your cookie settings and see if the page is filled out. Are you not satisfied? Then we will refund the purchase amount. Send your order back to Mestic for free within 30 days. We ask you to keep the product in the same condition as you received it. So you may touch and look at an article as you would in a store. It is important to return the product in its original state and packaging. To ensure a quick exchange process, we advise you to return your product(s) and place a new order.

All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty. Want to enjoy your purchase for even longer? Take advantage of an extra year* of warranty on all Mestic products. Did you purchase a product through a Mestic partner? Register your purchased product(s) using the form and extend your 2-year warranty by an extra year. If you purchased a product through our webshop at www.mestic.nl, registration is not necessary. You will automatically benefit from the extended warranty.

Warranty conditions:

• The warranty is only valid within the specified warranty period of 2 years standard or 2 + 1 with extended warranty under the promotional conditions;
• You have a valid proof of purchase, such as the receipt from the point of sale or an order confirmation by email when purchasing via the webshop at www.mestic.nl. When purchasing through a Mestic partner, the registration certificate by email is also required to make use of the extended warranty;
• The warranty does not apply in case of wear and tear or improper use of the products.

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return.
