FAQ - Warranty and returns

Are you not satisfied? Then we will refund the purchase amount. Send your order back to Mestic for free within 30 days. We ask you to keep the product in the same condition as you received it. So you may touch and look at an article as you would in a store. It is important to return the product in its original state and packaging. To ensure a quick exchange process, we advise you to return your product(s) and place a new order.

All our products come with a standard 2-year warranty. Want to enjoy your purchase for even longer? Take advantage of an extra year* of warranty on all Mestic products. Did you purchase a product through a Mestic partner? Register your purchased product(s) using the form and extend your 2-year warranty by an extra year. If you purchased a product through our webshop at www.mestic.nl, registration is not necessary. You will automatically benefit from the extended warranty.

Warranty conditions:

• The warranty is only valid within the specified warranty period of 2 years standard or 2 + 1 with extended warranty under the promotional conditions;
• You have a valid proof of purchase, such as the receipt from the point of sale or an order confirmation by email when purchasing via the webshop at www.mestic.nl. When purchasing through a Mestic partner, the registration certificate by email is also required to make use of the extended warranty;
• The warranty does not apply in case of wear and tear or improper use of the products.

We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days after receiving your return.
